Regular Patients

If you’ve visited our clinic in the past three years, please proceed by selecting your preferred appointment time. Our chiropractors look forward to seeing you again!

New Patients or Returning After 3+ Years

If it’s been 3 years or more since your last visit, we kindly ask that you book a New Patient Consultation. This ensures that we have the most up-to-date health information to provide the best care possible.

Appointment Booking Instructions

Select the type of appointment you require (New Patient, Regular Adjustment, Follow-up Visit, etc.).
Choose your preferred chiropractor and available appointment time.
Enter your personal details to confirm the booking.
A confirmation email will be sent to you with all the details once your appointment is confirmed.

Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can get busy. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice will incur a missed appointment fee at your next visit.

Can’t Find a Suitable Time?

While most appointments can be booked online, not all services are available through our online system. If you’re unable to find a suitable appointment time, please call our clinic on (07) 4153 1821, and our reception team will be happy to assist you in scheduling your visit.

Second Appointment 📸

This option is for patients who have recently completed their initial consultation or have medical images (X-rays, scans, etc.) that they wish to review with their chiropractor.

Regular Adjustment 🔧

Choose this option for your routine chiropractic adjustment, ideal for maintaining your spinal health and addressing any minor discomforts.

Re-Examination 🔍

Select this if you’ve completed a course of care or your chiropractor has recommended a re-assessment to review your progress and adjust your treatment plan.

Haven’t Been In for 6+ Months ⏳
