To ensure a smooth and efficient process during your visit, we offer two options for completing your new patient forms at Aaron Chiropractic Centre:
Downloadable Forms: For your convenience, we provide downloadable new patient forms below. Download, print, and fill them out at your own pace from the comfort of your home. Remember to bring the completed forms with you to your appointment, allowing us to expedite your check-in process.
In-Person Completion: If you prefer, you have the option to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the necessary forms in our welcoming reception area. Our friendly staff will be available to assist you if you have any questions or need guidance while filling out the forms.

Step 4: Advanced Diagnostic Tools
To ensure accurate diagnosis and precise care, we may utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. These may include posture analysis, range of motion assessments, orthopedic examinations and neurological evaluations.
In some instances, our expert chiropractors may determine that further medical imaging is required. Not all patients will require further imaging. In cases that do, a referral will be supplied and, in some cases may be eligible for bulk billing through Medicare.

How long is a new patient appointment?
We advise you to allow for up to 30 minutes for a new patient appointment. How long your appointment goes for will depend on your condition and unique needs.
What should I wear to a new patient appointment?
We recommend wearing active-wear (gym clothing) as you may be required to perform some light movements during the examination.
Should I bring my previous x-rays and other scans in?
Yes, please send these to us before your appointment.

What do you ask in a medical history?
To build a clear picture of your condition, we need to find out as much as possible.
This may include a detailed past history of trauma, medications, surgery and family history.
What examination tests will I perform?
We pride ourselves on being thorough. Your examination will be unique to your condition and may include range of motion assessments, neurological testing, orthopedic assessments, digital postural assessments and more.
Will I have to get x-rays?
No, not all patients will need x-rays or further medical imaging.
If further imaging is required your Chiropractor will discuss this option with you in advance.
Generally, these can be bulk billed.
Will I get an adjustment on the first visit?
Yes, we generally will adjust you on the first visit. We have a range of different Chiropractic adjustment techniques from very gentle to traditional (cracking) adjustments.
Do you treat kids?
Yes, our Chiropractors see kids of all ages. We alter their adjustments accordingly to their age, height and weight.

Many people come to see us for headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, postural complaints and more.
